The purpose of the Teacher Outreach Program is to alert and inform educators and parents about adolescent drug and alcohol use, depression, and bullying and their risks. We also would like to provide information on what signs to look for, how to deal with the above issues, and resources to help educators and parents when they are dealing with an adolescent in need. The information on this site will include statistics, effects, causes, informational videos, additional resources and some solutions to help adolescents. We would like the users of the Teacher Outreach Program to gain awareness of how adolescent issues begin and how they can lead to more destructive behavior in the future.   The Teacher Outreach Program believes that the more informed educators and parents are about the issues above the smoother the transition will be for each student from adolescence to adulthood.  We hope everyone who uses this website will find all of the information beneficial.
